Riot Platforms, formerly Riot Blockchain, a crypto mining company, has filed a lawsuit against Rhodium Enterprises, a Texas-based Bitcoin BTC tickers down $26,845 miner, in an effort to recover “more than $26 million” in alleged unpaid mining facility fees.

Riot also proposed that it be exempt from repaying Rhodium for any unpaid power credits and requested that “certain hosting agreements” be terminated.
